Return and Refund Policy

Product Defects

1. All parcels will be packed accordingly. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.


a.    Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.

b.    Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.

c.     Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within seven (7) working days.



2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,


a.     Take a photo of the defect product and send to our e-mail (senisara.my@gmail.com)

b.     We will compensate within seven (7) working days.

 

3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,


a.     Take a photo of the defect product and send to our e-mail (senisara.my@gmail.com)

b.     If we shipped the wrong product to you, you can return it back and we will send out the exact product to you within seven (7) working days.
