Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN ANDREFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in a flyer. If theparcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postmanleave.

    a. Take a photo of yourconsignment note and the parcel.

    b. Don't sign to accept theparcel, ask the postman to return to us.

    c. Send us the photos and wewill ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.


2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only foundthe defect products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo ofthe defect product and send to our customer service

    b. We will docompensate within two (2) working days.


3. If you found that the product received isn't same withwhat you ordered, 

    a. Take a photoof the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. If we areshipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send outthe exact product to you within two (2) working days.
